We ship to America And Canada Only

Unfortunately, there is no free shipping to Canada

All orders WILL HAVE A 48 HOUR window to process from the time of order placement prior to shipment.

STORE Shipping INFO:

We can ship to virtually any address within the United States And Canada only. Note that there are restrictions on some deliveries to Military Bases or some locations throughout the USA. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, again we have a 
24-48 Hour window of processing time from placement of order prior to shipment.  We recommend ground shipping only. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We have on our sizing and info page information and along with the initial product description page to assist you in selecting the right gear, but we do understand that some may not have selected the correct gear or size.... so 

Return Policy

We have a 15 Day Return Policy.
REFUND IS GRANTED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY
Customer must incur all return shipping costs.

Returns: Please do the following steps

  •  If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Select the item or items you are now interested in returning. Press send.
    (not sure of your login? check your email for login information for an 
    email was sent out once your order was placed)


  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund request and the
    cost of shipment. Once we have processed your shipment fee you will be sent a shipping return label.

  • You must return the item in new condition or unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of store credit only. 
  • A credit memo will be issued once we've received and processed the returned item.

ERROR BY US:

If the item return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will refund customer the total amount.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return request, your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
